Son of Clive J. H. and Gertrude Aylan Parker.
Received his B.A. (History option) in 1936 (The Quad, 1936, n.p.).
Parker went on to hold several positions on the University’s Faculty of Divinity, receiving his Licentiate in Sacred Theology in 1940 (The Quad, 1939, p.34; 1940, p.33).
Parker, B.A., was Alumni Editor for The Mitre in 1940 (The Quad, 1940, p.44).
Vice-President of the Athletic Society on the Students’ Executive Council in 1940 (The Quad, 1940, p.43). Vice President and Hockey Manager on the Committee on Athletics; Manager of the Intermediate and Junior Hockey teams in 1940 (The Quad, 1940, p.60, 61). Played for the Football team (The Quad, 1940, p.59). Hockey representative for the Advertising Committee (The Quad, 1940, p.49).
2nd Lieutenant, Second-in-Command with the C.O.T.C. (The Quad, 1940, p.50).
